I will meet with you to discuss your needs, budget and preferences to ensure we find the right home for you. With my knowledge of the local market, I can provide insights that helps you make informed decisions. Not only do I arrange and schedule showings, I will show you the highlights of the home and identify potential problems by pointing out any visible issues that I may see. I will assist you in drafting a competitive offer that reflects current market conditions, favourable terms, conditions, closing dates and negotiate the offer with the seller’s agent.
Once the offer is accepted I will work with you to satisfy the conditions and terms set out in the contract. This is usually working with home inspectors to inspect the property, sending property information to your mortgage professional.
Once the conditions are satisfied and the sale is ‘firm’ the final documents are prepared and sent to your lawyer for signing. On the day of possession I will greet you at your new home and Welcome you home!
