Steps of Selling
- Meet with a Realtor® or a few Realtors® to see who you click with. Once you have selected a Realtor® they will do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and let you know what your property is worth and what you should list it for.
- Prepare your home for sale – declutter and depersonalize your home – you want the buyer to picture themselves living in your home, not yourself. Work with your Realtor® as to how you can make your home ready to show. They may suggest staging your home or reorganizing furniture to make it better to show.
- Your Realtor® will book photos and have the home measured.
- Get it listed and on the market!
